Had this prof for eng 121 and 122 online both times, never met in person, and I could tell he cares a lot! I could always contact him and would receive a reply very soon. The online layout can be confusing at first, but just ask and he'll explain it. I was impressed with this course each time! Also due dates were basically optional which was great.

He has a large vocabulary, and is extremely humorous to listen to. He gives the freedom to choose interesting paper topics, allows ample time for test preparation, and offers assistance for any aspect of his course. Overall, he is a great teacher, and a wonderful professor! Highly recommended.

This is one of my first on campus classes and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gave. He's awesome. Incredibly hilarious. Definitely would take him as a professor any day. Im not sure he knows how funny he is though. ��

Prior I sucked at English classes; first teacher who has ever made English actually click for me. Very straight forward class, very explanatory of the English language, and Prof. Gave is an awesome man if you actually take the time to interact with him. He's quirky, but in a fantastic way.
