I have mixed feelings about this class. He seems super cool because he records his lectures and lets you listen in online if you prefer. But you have to get a 95% or higher for an A. You can only miss 10 points. I am a straight A student, and I barely pulled it off and took extensive notes on lectures and the book. Weekly quizzes, trick questions.

This is a class with a big work and homework load! Quizzes every week make up the majority of the class and are not hard if you pay attention to the reviews at the end of his lecture. If you don't pay attention or study it is really hard. The main assignments are not hard he is just looking to see effort, but he is really tough on grading grammar.

Professor Weherly puts on very good lectures and provides lecture notes. It is important to read the book and not miss any lectures. I learned a lot about Culutral Anthropology.

Professor Kevin Weherly was my favorite teacher during my first semester at Chico. His lectures are super fun and interesting, and if you attend them, he literally helps "guide" you through the weekly quizzes, and the Final Exam. His homework is also a ton of fun, and I loved the textbook. It is well worth taking his class.

This was by far my most favorite class that I've taken at Chico State. I dreaded taking this class before, as I didn't really have any interest in the subject. But class was very interesting, and I feel that I learned more in this class than I have in any other. A few short papers to write, easy weekly quizzes, and four tests.

Such an awesome class and an awesome professor! I loved taking this class. It was very interesting. All the tests were done online, so you could take them at home at your convenience. I wish i could take more classes like this one.
