He has no clue.. Ive had 3 years experiance in networking, and he is teaching things that should be left out for beginners. His tests are easy, he just uses the q's in the book that he discusses (word for word) his English is passable. class was easy for me but difficult for anyone without a background.

Dr. Roh is a very quiet guy. As long as you can hear him (in his fairly heavy Korean accent) he's easy to understand. He works his lectures DIRECTLY out of the book with a Powerpoint presentation, so if you don't do well in his class, it's because you don't try. His tests are like he whited out words in the book, you just fill them in.

I think he's fine in his teaching style. His English-speaking skill is understandable. Though he gives you easy assignments but you must somehow understand the concept in the book or whatever he has covered in his lecture. Email him if you have any question about your homework.

If you don't mind of a guys who's teaching in his 2nd language, then you will be fine in class. He gives easy assignments which can be done in an hour or less. He also emphasises important points in example programs and U need to pay attention.
