Comment:

Once I found a way of studying that worked for me, I really enjoyed the class. Would not have wanted any other professor for this class. Fredricks is very smart and explains everything in a way that makes sense. She does not spoon feed all the information which is actually a good thing. To do well, you must find your own way of learning.

She is a wonderful professor!! It's a hard class but she teaches it well. If you read and study and ask her for help you will pass. If you're not passing, it isn't her fault, it means you are not trying hard enough. Seriously awesome professor, and lot's of fun!

Professor Friedricks is a wonderful instructor!! I had my reservations about her at first, but I have truly grown to love her style of teaching and appreciate her witty humor. She is extremely helpful and clear, and makes herself available to her students. Overall valuable person and professor.

Dr. Fredricks knows her biology, but I don't think she knows how to teach. She's very monotone and recites the notes during class rather than make it an interesting and useful lecture for the students. Overall, it could be worse, since she's organized and clear-cut about the exams and what she expects. I just think the lectures and very dry.

Altho Fredricks was concerned in how her students did, she made it very difficult to succeed. She'd make things hard on purpose. I put my whole life in this class and only got a C, and with that much studying, I should have done better.

Its very easy to take your frustrations of not passing the class out on the professor. But dont blame your stupidity of not studying on fredricks. the tests come DIRECTLY from the notes and if you were to study the notes and understand them you could see that! all her questions in assignments and tests are fair game.

You will do fine in this class if you put in the effort. She is a very fair grader, tests are very fair and not impossible. I never understood human anatomy/physiology untill i took her class...helped alot! Great professor, learned a ton from her!!! Knows her stuff and is willing to help you if you ask.
