literally no syllabus and no grading criteria. you have to participate and be super crazy outgoing and if she likes you, you'll maybe get an A. You never know what to expect and you never know what she expects from you. Can't say I've gained much from this class and I don't recommend this class.

It is amazing how someone can teach a leadership class and have zero leadership skills or abilities. She is terribly unclear and will randomly not show up to class cause she has to go to conferences. If you write an essay and get a grade then go to her office hours for feedback she will hardly say two words. Avoid at all costs.

Doesn't reply to emails. Expects the class to think she some consulting ninja without providing some reason first. Claims to encourage unique thinking but gets upset when the class doesn't drink her cool aid or dance to her tune. Fosters an environment for teacher's pets (she loves that) and sheep. Your group makes this class good and not her.

Kim is awesome. On the first day, her 12yr old son lead lecture, outside, and had us write creative stories using a closet as an extended metaphor for college. This was day one. Kim will change how you think, make you more creative and inspire you. Must take for engineers, artists or anybody who needs to get out of themselves and make something.

She was very vague, would not answer direct questions, did not answer emails in a timely manner. Taking this class took all of my time. It should be worth 16 credits, not 4. she forced us to work with an org. that we did not like. Class could have been great but she made it unbearable.

dont bother attending this pure bs class but read the textbook inside out. u should get at least an A-. i find her staged kindness and enthusiasm annoying. made us buy custom textbooks so we cant sell it out. just use last semesters book and photocopy the last case study for the group project from ppl who are dumb enough to buy the new edition.

The only reason she gets a bad rap is because she likes students to show some interest, if you do she will bend over backwards to help you. Just show up for class, skim the chapters before the class, and spend time studyin her notes and the highlighted words in the test before the test. The individual and group papers are graded so easily.

Such an annoying voice to hear at 8:30am. Its great because you do a lot of outside work and she gives study guides for the exams. I didn't go to MOST of the lectures and still did well. If you use the study guide and refer to the text and power point slides for the papers you'll be fine.

Best teacher at Bing. Truly wants to help out her students and at the same time make Binghamton a better school. She is so smart and just wants to share everything she knows. A teacher who truly cares. Could have had a better job making more money but chose teaching because she wants to help.
