Korff is one of those professors that is REALLY into the topic that he teaches. I had him for both ART 121 and ART 122. Although the class is basically just memorization, he does a great job of covering the pieces of artwork that he wants us to study.

This guy is ridiculous. Ive had him for a few classes. As a person he is uptight and things must be dont his way or its wrong. You think in an art class you could be creative but NOOO if its not how he wants it to turn out your screwed. I did have him for art history also and since that was all memorising he was fine for that, a lil too monotone.

The best Prof ever. You should not be able to leave the art dept until you have taken classes with Korff. Tough tests, but good preperation for a university. Pay attention, his sence of humor is quick and most people seem to miss it.

This class is challenging, but so very worth it. Korff has a great personality and really knows his Art, he's the type you'd want to have with you at any museum. I'd recommend this class to anyone, but not if you have a heavy class schedule as there is definitely a lot of studying and memorization involved. :)

korff is challenging but i learned a lot from him in all the classes i've taken with him. he's quirky and fun at times but also serious about what he does and what you have to do. he expects a lot out of you, but you'll get a lot out of him.

What and enjoyable class! I took the first part 2 days a week, and the second part 1 (way too long of a class!) He is a speed demon when you drive to the museum, but it is the most enjoyable class trip you will take. His energy and enthusiasm is wonderful. Look at those feet--gunboats!

Though he is intimidating and not the easiest grader he is a great teacher and you will learn so much from him. Also very intelligent, funny and quirky with great stories. He makes you excited about art, design and life in general. Exactly how an art professor should be. Also resembles Andy Warhol.
