She is the BEST Exercise teacher I have ever had! She really "trains" you, physically and intellectually on body mechanics as well as the exercise routine. I cant recomend her enough!

Kirsten is an example of positive motovation. Despite her hearing impairment, she communicates to her students in an honest and funny tone. She has an incredible knowledge of excersie and diet on our bodies. She inspires her students to do thier best! I accomplished things that I didn't know I could do. Loved her class!
