Comment:

Very good teacher. Takes the time to explain things well. Lots of bonus points and is willing to postpone assignments if students are stressed. He has class review session before EVERY exam, even on weekends. If you have a hard time with a particular concept and ask about it repeatedly he will be a bit condescending, but he makes sure you get it.

I had Professor Kubasik for both lecture and lab. He is clear in his lectures and he is willing to help any student as much as he can. If Chemistry is your weak point, you should spend extra time on this class if you want to do well.

I had him for lab and he is the chillest professor. His prelabs are clear, but short. You can leave when you're done with the lab, which isn't true for most labs. Know your stuff, do work, and you'll be fine. And never be late to lab. Ever.

Such a hard class to begin with but he tries to help you get the best grade you can. Weekly quiz. He teaches very well and likes to go over hw problems. Very nice too, always says hi to me all the time even after a year of not having him. Puts a big curve on your final grade too!

This professor is a completely great guy. He is an excellent teacher and explains things very clear so that everyone understands it. He even sets aside one day per week for everyone to ask questions. He is always willing to help if you aren't understanding something. I suggest that you take him if you are taking Chemistry.

Professor Kubasik is one of the most helpful professors i met my freshman year at Fairfield. As long as you do the example problems in the text and the example problems he has on his slides, you'll be fine. All questions on test are gone over at least once in lecture in the exact same way they are worded on tests and quizzes

Although this was only a lab, he is very helpful and explains exactly what needs to be done. This was a chem major upper level lab, so obviously he graded tougher, but he understands that the lab is a challenge and gives students fair shots to get help and improve...great guy for this lab and great guy overall.
