He tries to make class interesting but his voice is so boring. He's got a great personality but his voice makes me want to sleep because it has no emotion when he speaks. His lectures are a steady pace but you have to study a lot if you want a good grade. I took it during the summer so your grade was basically just your test scores.

Dr. Olson is super passionate about what he's teaching! I've taken him for both comparative vertebrate anatomy and histology, and he definitely knows his stuff! His notes are in the form of a very detailed outline, and as long as you show up to class, copy the notes, and study, you're guaranteed an A. Gives real life examples and is super funny

Dr. Olson is so excited about what he's teaching it's hard not to get excited about it yourself. He's so animated and doesn't shy away from doing things like making a dance out of how actin and myosin work in your muscles. He makes outlines for notes with blanks that we fill in during class that are really straight forward. He's awesome.

I LOVE Dr. Olson!!! By far in my top 3 favorite professors at St. Kate's! Had him for anatomy, and his notes are straight forward and clear. Tests are based on his notes. Study those WELL and you'll pass guaranteed. The best is having him for anatomy lab. He's so passionate about anatomy and thoroughly enjoys teaching it!

Kurt is an AMAZING teacher. He is extremely passionate and very willing to help students who don't understand material. He also makes lecture interesting. All of his tests are based entirely on his notes- don't miss class, though, he won't hand out notes if you miss a period.

I enjoy class with Dr. Olson. By far better then my first teacher I had with anatomy. His class is pretty easy if you put effort into studying his notes that is. His notes are very understandable and very simple!! I highly recommend this teacher!! His tests aren't hard for anatomy. But it seems that he may not be teaching physiology. :(

He is an excellent teacher that is extremely clear and always willing to answer questions. He also makes anatomy fun by using humor and teaches us helpful tricks to remember the material. But you need to work hard to do well. Highly recommended!!!
