Extremely nice guy. Cares about student learning and especially in helping them secure positions in the real world. You will learn alot from him. However he is also ultra critical in his grading and the format of the tests, coursework and your grade are highly subjective.

A really fantastic teacher...the material is straight forward, but there is a lot of it, and there is a lot of memorization. The labs are really fun and useful come test time...don't skip out on lab.

This was definitely the hardest class I've ever taken, but Dr. Hanne made it better than I thought it would be. He is funny and if you're lucky enough to get him for lab, he explains things really well. The tests are excruciating, but if you print off the study guide and fill it out, you will pass.

Microbiology is one of the hardest classes i've ever taken, but the labs are pretty awesome! Lectures are boring, all the lectures are online and same with all the quizzes (once a week)exams are also really hard too if you're not a big science person! good luck!and whoever said he's hot must like midgets in tiedye!
