Comment:

Howe is informed and passionate about his subjects. Very intelligent and keeps the class challenging but not too overwhelming. Extremely helpful will help if you just ask. Participate be innovative in your interpretations and you will do well. One of Roosevelt's best. TAKE HIM AT LEAST ONCE.

Comment:

Only thing I disliked was the constant questions required if you meet two times a week for his class. He is willing to work with you if you have a problem with the assignments. He goes out of his way to make sure you are keeping up with the assignments. He has one 5 page paper for undergrads and one 12 page paper for the final + test.
