The only way you can fail this clas is if you just don't do the homework. I did not find him to be rude at all. Direct and to the point to those who were lost because they were busy checking their email or facebook ? Perhaps. He wants to see his students do well and provides them with all the tools to do so. I enjoyed his class and feel I really learned material an look toward to taking another of his classes

He is a good teacher. Not a teacher that just reads from the Text. He associates things with the real world. He is strait forward and you can't take things personal. He is fair in his grading. Do your homework and project and the tests don't matter much.

not a helpfull teacher. treates you like an idiot, directions are not clear. and his projects 50% of the times don't work out. you mess up on one step and the whole thing is wrong. he's not open with his student's and his way of grading is not fair.

Well what can I say, I got an A on his class :-) This is an easy class if you are willing to learn and participate to class. You'll get good grades if you do your homework and project. He is very straight-forward about your work so I warned all sensitive students. But he is very helpful. Learned a lot from his class. Great teacher!

Easy guy, do all your HWs and ur good - it's like 1/3 of ur grade. Tests are easy. He explains the class extremely well and gives lots of examples for your assignments. I would take this guy class ANY and EVERY time I can get him. I had em for 2 classes and he's a great teacher. Knows his subjects!

Yeah, the class is boring, but so is the material (at least to me.) He seems to get irked very easily. Overall I would take him again if I had to. Just make sure to do your homework! (And, yes, there's a lot!)

Has a lot of homework everyweek. Can be a bit abrasive, I think he means well, he just probably gets sick of the same questions over and over again, but he is a teacher, so that's par for the course. I would suggest taking another instructor for you first CIS class.

I never had a problem with him but I was sickened from seeing him so many times insult so many students who were new to computers and that was what he was supposed to be helpful about. Never in my life did I see a teacher humiliate and embarass students. He's extremely rude and immature. He needs to grow up.

He means well but if you love to be insulted and degraded when simply asking a question, then he's the man for you. He has a good knowledge of computers and office softwares. I think he's just socially stinted and doesn't realize he's a butthole to people or flat our rude. He's helpful at times.
