I have taken Dr. P for three different classes. That should tell you how awesome she is! She truly cares about her students and has a passion for teaching. Walking in to her class is like taking a stroll down at Disneyland!

I adored this professor! She is so fully invested in her students learning the material and using it in real life situations! If you do the work and show up, you will pass. She ends every class that leads up to the weekend by saying," Have a great weekend, and don't drink and drive". Her care for her students is something that is second to none

Best professor at Cal Poly Pomona for MHR majors. She is hilarious and is super clear with what she wants. I took her for 201 and for Business Communication last year and got an A in both. Please take her if you get the chance. The workload is SO EASY but you actually learn while doing it.

Fall '17. 5 SUPER easy assignments! No final! She didn't schedule class every week & the last class ended 2 weeks before finals! She understands how busy college & personal life is; as long as you attend class and do the online assignments decently, she guaranteed you an A. This could've been an online class, however. I plan to take her again!!!!

Best Professor, she really understands how hard is college, therefore, she is straight forward on what she expects from you since the first class. Take her as long as you do the work, you will do good (I learned more from her non-stressful lectures than from hard teachers )

Pohopien is the best professor I've had so far. She is such a nice and fun lady. She made her class stress free. There are 2 exams, non cumulative. The questions are exactly from the study guides. A few discussion posts related to class activities, which are fun. 1 short essay (easy). Do the work and you get full points. No reason to NOT get an A.

Comment:

Laura is so nice! I love her style and sense of fashion,too. She makes this class interesting by telling bunch of jokes regarding her past experiences! The course is based on four Exam . two case studies, a group presentation , and class participation. Overall, I think all students love Mrs. P. I would definately recommend her to my friends. :-)
