Mrs. Cross is extremely sweet and easy going. However, I felt that she was very unprepared to teach Nutrition. All she did was ready directly from the Power Points and vary rarely deviated from them. Very often when a question was asked...her reply was "I don't know." Very sweet woman, VERY easy class, not very well taught.

This was an online class and she was really, really easy. If you did the assignments and took the quizzes (which ended up being the tests later) than you were fine. I literally did not study AT ALL for this class and passed easily with an A. Also, did it in the summer, which helped it go faster.

Great teacher. Really cares about her students success. Always avaliable for help, and when I took her class online she even made extra time to get together face to face before exams to review. She would also extend test deadlines if enough students were having trouble.

She gets distracted easily, but she is a very caring person. She will help you out any way she can. She answers your emails right away. If you don't understand something, you need to ask her. She is more than fair in her grading. If you can give her a good argument for an answer, she will give the class the points.
