DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS, SERIOUSLY. Let me tell you guys a joke, when the semester begins, there were like 30 students in class. After 2 months, only 4 left. What can you see from this result, I think you understand already. Quizzes every single class, homework every weekend, and 80 questions(multi choices+short anwers+short essays) for 50 min test.

Material is business platitudes and diagrams. He will tell you exactly what will be on the tests/quizzes so no excuses not to pass. The man himself is a piece of work-- loves to hear himself talk and goes out of his way to accuse students of cheating. He likes to hear students talk bad about him. I'm sure he'll love to read this bad review of him.

He's a very good professor. Great one. However, I wouldn't take him if you're taking more than 12 hours. This class will consume most of your time. Take advantage of your Group. You will need them. He's very strict. very specific, and help outside the class would be irrelevant because he doesn't trust anything else.

My experience with Andrews is completely opposite to popular belief. He is hard, he is strict, and he is set in his ways. Now if you are studious and can competently process information, and take the time out of your day to study you will have no issue with IS340. This is a class for true professionals, and intellectuals looking to learn.

Talks about himself a lot, pop quizzes and grades unfairly, doesn't agree with anything in the book but you need to buy it because multiple choice questions come straight from it. Won't accept answers if they aren't exactly in his words. Group project is very time consuming and it's tough to understand what he wants on them. I worked hard for an A.

This teacher is the worst. NEVER take him. You better enjoy memorising everything because ANYTHING can be on the test. Don't even get me started on the group project. He will take points off for anything and everything. He "wants" his students to succeed, but really he is a dirt bag and does NOT care.

Where do i even begin? This guy is very unfair at grading. Tests are very difficult. Lectures are off topic. He thinks he knows everything. No point it buying the text book because he doesn't agree with anything the text book says. Try to avoid taking this guy.

Test are ridiculous compared to online section. Gives you everything that could possibly* be on the test. The amount of material he gives you is insane . So you really have to make sure you're prepared for the test, not easy to study for. His lectures are useless, often off topic, and not useful for getting all necessary information for the test.

This guy is completely useless. Grades very hard. His class is extremely challenging and unfair. Takes off 60% of your grade if the staple isn't at a 45 degree angle. The amount of busy work he gives is ridiculous. His lectures are completely off topic and he is also a little creepy. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS.

Students that take his IS340 class are surprised by the amount of work it takes to pass his class. Study the multiple choice exam reviews, and practice writing the essay portions of your exam prior to taking it. HE gives you ALL the answers to study! It's your job to study, memorize, and learn them. He will help anyone that deserves it! Fun class!

The big thing about him is that he thinks he is always right. He is very intimidating, hard to ask him a question because he is always going to say look in the book. Course is about the usefulness of technology so naturally we learn about how to memorize terms exactly how he defines them. Exam is a joke as well, sure he is nice enough to give you a review exam but after 170 questions which you are suppose to determine the "best" answer to I'm not sure how much help that is. go to class.When your there you wont listen because he and the material are extremely repetative. Oh,and dont show up late either,or he'll screw you with your final grade. So, if you can get past the "I AM SO GREAT!" speech you will receive everyday - and then conquer the REDICULOUS tedious assignments... you will get an A. There is A LOT of work involved - but he basically gives you all the information you need to get an A. As long as you have HOURS to dedicate to memorizing HUNDREDS of multiple choice questions = A

Very inconsistent grading. He will literally take off 40% on your assignments and give the person next to you with the exact same thing 100%. His grading is arbitrary based a lot on how he is feeling. He is an interesting person but a horrible professor; he is out of date, overly strict, and completely off base when it comes to grading.
