His classes are basically "teach yourself" style. He will assign homework every class, and then spends all class doing the homework problems. Occasionally you will spend a class learning a new topic, but that rarely uses the entire class, so you end up doing the homework. The exams are very short and the problems are directly from the text.

Mr. Decker is the man. All you have to do is show up to class. He will show you how to do the homework before it is do so just make sure you take GREAT NOTES and you will be fine. Study for the tests, but it won't be anything you haven't seen before. He will help you through anything too, great person, great teacher.

Decker is a fun guy. Has many interesting habbits, but makes your time in his class very easy. Homework is a breeze(just copy it the next day from him off the board), labs are boring but easy, and the tests are easy if you have a good sheet of notes. And if you do anything with the environmentalist club he gives you a lot of extra credit on tests.
