He would give us a review sheet for tests and most of the stuff on it we hadn't been taught. I didn't learn much from the lectures. Don't buy the textbooks, I didn't use them at all. The trip wasn't that great either. It was a waste of money.

He's very interesting. I learned alot. labs were hard b/c remembering all the plants, but he made it fun! He's kind of crazy at times, but he knows what he's talking about. He is probably one of the smartest teachers @ IC, besides Davis!

After Dr Robinson this was a breeze. He spends most of the time drawing so don't learn much about the topic. Lab was stupid-why do I need to smash plants? I want to know how they work not be able to identify them like so layperson but what do you expect? If you want an easy A take his class, but don't expect to know Botany after his class.

Dr. Zettler is so easy it is a joke. I just got out of 111 with Dr. Robinson and 112 is like kindergarten with Zettler. Not learning much as he takes 30 minutes out of every lecture to make drawings. Could see the drawings in the book, thanks. I want knowledge not to the color on the chalkboard.

Dr. Zettler is awesome. He makes learning about weird intricate details fun (his drawings and infatuation with bob ross helps). His sense of humor is strange - but he makes up for it since he is a freaking genius. Take a class with him, even if you don't like plants, you'll love it.
