Professor LaChance is GREAT! She will help you to the best of her ability! If you are confused be sure to ask questions and if she doesn't know the answer she will help you find it! I took her English 1020 class and loved it! I will be taking her American Lit class next semester! She always has a smile on her face! I HIGHLY recommend her classes!

I really enjoyed having Dr. LaChance. She is super nice! Some of the more immature students didn't seem to take the class seriously because she is so nice and laid back, but that is their loss. Overall the class was great and I learned a lot. Take her advice on your writing and you will do just fine.

Love, love, love this teacher! She and her class are so interesting, and I had an absolute blast in class! It was early for me, but I never left disappointed. I, also, feel like I gained a lot more than just a grade for the class. I received an easy A and enlightenment. =)

She is an excellent professor! I am not very fond of English, but she made it a fun class. Be prepared to read the assigned readings, but if you do read them, it will help you out a lot on her tests! Overall, the class is pretty easy as long as you do the work and attend class!

Mrs. LaChance is a very nice lady, but she will definitely overload you with work. She seems to forget this is a core requirement and we aren't English majors. Just when you get done with 1 thing she has you already doing another. If you're taking a time consuming class I would recommend finding someone more laid back.

Professor LaChance is awesome! She's so sweet and enthusiastic every day! You do need to buy the books she recommends, but she understands that we don't carry them with us everywhere. She's very fair on grading and makes this an interesting class! Take her if you can! The essays are pretty easy, and the research paper is on a topic you pick!

the best professor i have had. she helped me so much. one day when i was very upset and overworked she stayed with me after class and helped me make out a schedual and everything. and she's not even my advisor. but i wish she was. sure she makes you earn your grade but she helps you along the way, even looks at your paper before you turn it in.

the best teacher i've had in years. she's my mentor now. whenever i have a problem i dont call mom anymore i go to lachance. if you dont like writing it will be difficult, but she'll go easy on you with the grading. and she'll give you incredible amount of leeway if you missed a few classes.
