Took several classes by this teacher 15 years ago as I was forced. She was also my adviser. She a horrible woman in the classroom and a horrible adviser. She would sign me up for classes I didn't want to take. I would sign off on them and then change them all after. She is the reason I decided to not pursue programming.

Very Harsh Teacher Ridiculous grading, marks answers wrong even though they are right, when asked about it gets defensive and finds excuse why she marked it wrong. Makes simple material extremely hard to comprehend,All of the posts are completely true and not exaggerated at all. Also does not hand out teacher evaluation surveys

Huge language barrier. Doesn't understand that you don't understand her. I say the answer is 2 but she says no, it's 1 + 2 - 1. Teaches material that is flat out false and outdated but says I "shouldn't question her b/c she went to UC Berkley and used Fortran." Needs to get w/ the times and learn English. She's old enough to be my grandma's friend.

She stands near her desk and reads directly from the power point, only stopping when she has a witty joke that you cant even understand. She needs to move on from this job because it blows my mind how you can be so unclear about the basics of a computer...

Have this professor for Discrete Structures. I have a high GPA. I'm failing this class. Attendance is mandatory, but you basically will teach yourself. Professor is hard to understand and as someone else said, "doesnt understand that you dont understand her"... I can't imagine many people passing this class to be honest...

Horrible teacher. She speaks as if she's speaking to herself and on top of that, she hardly speaks English! All you do is do homework from the book and then take a test with the exact same questions. On my 1st exam, she made up her own questions and got the answers wrong and my grade suffered for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
