Professor Romero is so cute. She's hilarious and explains the material easy enough that you don't even have to read the book. We always had review days and she would MAKE SURE you understood everything. She wants you to pass. One of the best professors I've ever had. Tried to take her again for PSYC II but her classes were full.

Amazing Psychology professor! As long as you study, you will pass. Her lectures are funny and she is very honest. I would take her again in a heart beat. My major is Psychology and she made me love Psychology even more. She is very insightful and inspiring. She also gave out free books that she didn't want anymore and I took plenty of them :)

Comment:

One of my favorite teachers EVER!!!! I had her for Honers Psychology, and I loved every class. I looked forward to her lectures and she made studying and writing papers fun. I enjoyed the honors class because there was so much discussion among the students and you could tell that everyone wanted to be there. I would take her again in a heartbeat!

Loved the lectures! This class is pretty much how a college class should be. She explained when things were due and was accessible if you had any questions. The book is ESSENTIAL. She goes over the chapters but if you miss a class you'll need the book to fall back on (you can still pass if you miss). Also very funny which helps!

Love her lectures. She is an amazing professor & I can truly tell she has a passion for teaching and cares about her students. I had her class at 7AM & actually always looked forward to going. I love how she explains notes she gives a lot of examples and wants you to understand. She keeps you engaged and class is over before you know it. love her!

Awesome professor. She makes the lectures interesting and they just fly by! Always provides you with multiple examples, explains the materials very well. However, her tests are application tests, so make sure to study the textbook as well. I recommend this professor a 100%

Professor Romero is hilarious. She is truly passionate about what she does. You can tell. You have to read in order to pass this class. Read something. Anything. Take great notes, pay attention. She loves it when you ask questions. If you miss her class, you miss a great chunk of lecture. If you pay attention, her lectures are quite engaging.

I did not take this class seriously so I did not get the grade I wanted. But she is really nice. Good professor gives a lot of examples. You will take quizzes for every 3 chapters of so. Gives opportunity for extra credit. Make sure you do the essay and 2-3 weeks before have her proof read it so you can do great.

This class is an easy A. I never read the book, just studied notes and got an A. However, her tests run differently. You must deeply process to understand concept, whenwho or what it came from and where it belongs. She gives lots of examples, I always studied before class and was able to make it through. Gives extra credit.

Absolutely the worst psychology teacher ever! her test are based on 60 questions and they don't even match the notes that are given in class she moves way to fast in lecture and she is very rude and interrupts you when you are asking a question.I do not recommend her it is basically a self taught class so if you want to learn find another teacher

I am a high school student and I took this class as part of the Early College Program. I have never looked forward to class, but she made me want to go! Now, I am not the brightest student in the bunch, but I managed to get an A. Her course consist of five exams. They are over three chapters each and are weighted the same. Simple questions! :)

Such a great professor, i took her at 7:00 in the morning twice a week, and i always looked forward to going, even though im not much of a morning person!fantastic lectures! gave great examples and was always asking if we had questions. she made everything so undestandable i dont know how some people would fail the test. Mrs Romero is by far one of the BEST teachers at San jac. There's really no room for failing, aslong as you attend class and take/study notes you will defenitely pass! Her class was not only educational but FUN as well. Highly recommended!!!

Proffesor Romero was the absolute best! I never took psychology before but she made me love it. She is great, teaches very clearly & provides many example to get the point accross. She is very funny also! Ask questions, she provides the most interesting answers. I recommend her. You have to pay attention, be there everyday & you'll do great.
