She is a wonderful teacher that goes in depth with all of her lectures. She goes off onto tangents frequently about life and her personal experiences but it makes the class fun. She is very old fashioned but if you go with her study guides, you will pass for sure. She is hard on people that don't show any effort but if you try, you will be fine.

I believed Linda was an understanding professor until I sent her an email 10hours before class saying I'm going to a art lecture at a museum. 22hours later she said I cannot make up any assignments I missed. I even offered to write a paper on the lecture. Understanding? NO. Shes uses a slide projector instead of her smart room and goes off topic.

She is very knowledgeable in the course work. Very easy class if you take the time to pay attention in class. The tests are easy because she gives a study guide for them all.

Comment:
The coursework was incredibly easy, but she turned class into a nightmare. We repetively looked at slides over and over again from a slide projector. Also, she is very steryotypical and turned the class from art appreciation into Catholic Appreciation, for every slide she uses from the book, you see two irrevelant photos of the vatican.

A nice, funny lady, but sometimes doesn't think before she speaks. Makes some extremely stereotypical comments. Half the time I felt more like I was in a [boring] history class than in an art appreciation class.
