Comment:

Linda is interesting. No clear grading criteria, and when you get a B on a poetry assignment (which is mostly subjective, to be clear) she can't and won't explain why. Assignments are usually fairly clear but she's so wishy washy about everything that you can never be sure what she really wants. Found her class super easy but so, so frustrating.

I've had many English teachers in my life, but never before have I experienced the pitiful human garbage that is Linda Godfrey. Personally attacked and insulted every male student in the classroom, and whined miserably about how she doesn't respect any of her students every single day.

Nice, but has no business being a professor. Her head is in the clouds and she never seems to know what's going on. She leads discussions by asking convoluted questions only she knows the answers to. The "conferences" for our short stories consist of us reading them to her (she doesn't read them herself beforehand) and grading us on the spot.

Seriously, this woman is a joke. Occasionally, she can funny and pleasant, but most of the time she's like the annoying grandmother who refuses to learn how to operate any kind of technology. Just toggling between different tabs is a challenge for her. Honestly, she should be kicked out of the department.

Absolute worst professor I've ever had. She should be kicked out of the writing department. She makes writing so juvenile and ridiculous, chats on her cell phone during class, assigns dumb topics, has favorites. Makes the writing dept. and major both seem like a joke.

I love her! She's a little crazy and eccentric, but it makes class so interesting. She really knows her stuff, is very encouraging to students, and still is not afraid to be honest with you if your piece sucks. I wish I could take another class with her.
