Professor LaDuc lives in a strange little fantasy world where she believes that her students actually like her AND the course. She's the most inconsiderate, ill-tempered instructor I've ever encountered. This woman is a blight on UMass and the Isenberg School of Mgmt.

Whatever you learned about APA style, forget it. She claims to use it, but marks you down when you use it correctly, and doesn't explain what is wrong! She will give you an example page, but apparently she doesn't use those as APA style! I can't wait until she is out of the university.

Professor LaDuc course has an insanely large workload, and has assignments due on a daily basis, in She is not clear when explaining assignments, and does not offer further explanation when asked. The entire course is not organized well, and she is flat out rude and disrespectful. DON"T TAKE ANY OF HER COURSES!!!!

Everything that is said about Professor LaDuc is accurate. She has no business being in any profession where she has to actually communicate with others. She's inflexible, not helpful at all and her attitude is pompous. She speaks to her students as if they are in kindergarten. Run...don't walk away from her section of this class.

I agree with comments about this Professor that she is not helpful, does not show respect to her students and talks as if she is the only one who knows about Business writing. She should be fired soon and someone who can inspire students and be a facilitator should replace her. Her assistant Holly Lawrence is just as bad. Avoid them like the plague

Probably one of the worst teachers I ever had. If looking for extra help she will turn you away because she doesnt have time. If you don't understand what she is asking, don't bother asking because she won't explain anything out of class. The worst part is she is very degrading and corrects your page design, grammar, spelling on emails..yes emails!

Her lack of communication skills teaching an aptly named course should be considered a blemish on the face of the world. The only way to better this womans standing in society is total eradication. This professor is highly unethical. She is not flexible whatsoever and chastises her students when they put in the effort to do the right thing. She really needs to be reported. Cannot relate to students, and creates a "hierarchy" upon which she sees herself way above her students and isn't afraid to belittle them
