She is the absolute worst professor I have ever had. She belittles her students, only gives good grades to students she is fond of, offers no help whatsoever, and her directions for how to write a paper are nonsensical. Every professor I've had has given me stellar reviews on my papers. However, she gave me D's and blatantly called me stupid.

Horrible grader and is no help at all. Her lectures make no sense and you never use your textbook so don't even bother buying it. She asks you to come into her office after class just to criticize everything that you do. She especially hates athletes, so athletes STAY AWAY. Avoid this class at all costs if you don't want your GPA to lower.

I, myself, am a very dedicated student and she has me working my butt off, and simultaneously I'm not learning a thing from her. Literature of Oppression? That means that she's going to oppress YOU because that's exactly what she does to her students. RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!

I'd never withdrawn from a class before. I left her presence in tears multiple times before deciding it wasn't worth it. She's mean-spirited, manipulative, & impossibly vague. I'd go to her for help & end up listening to her trash everything I did for an hour with no defense or workable advice. She'd rather skirt the issue than help you understand.

DROP THIS CLASS! She is unclear and unorganized. I have not learned anything all semester. She made us create her syllabus; we write aimless "essays." Hard working, intelligent people are getting Cs's in this class who are getting A's in all their other classes. Directions are never clear and she is very irksome. Avoid this class at all costs!

Do not take her. She's the worst teacher ever. So unclear & does not know how to teach. A whole semester with her & I still don't know what she wants us to write her essays. Possibly the worst professor at MU. Very unclear about assignments and what she expects you to have in class. Often gets off topic in class, leaving you confused on the topic of the paper. Sarcastic and rude, and gets annoyed when students ask questions. Emails are constantly sent past 12 am, and she still expects you to be prepared for class.

she does not listen to you she will not let you give your opinion and when you do your wrong. directions? what directions? i once asked how long a paper had to be and she said i had to figure that out...WHAT. she does not teach only reprimands and she is not an open minded person. she talks the entire class so you get no time to get work done.

She's AWFUL. very sarcastic and rude. You go to her office hours and all she does is rip your work apart and give no help at all. She focuses on everything you don't need help on. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF HER CLASSES! she is by far the worst teacher I have had. She's a horrible grader no matter how hard you try. She is unpleasant. All you do is write paper after paper. Belittles you. I went to writing center to get help organizing a big history paper that was due and she was no help. She talked dow not me the entire time and there was no encouragement. We got through 1 of my 10 pages. Terrible at giving help. Switching out of her class next semester. STAY AWAY.
