Dr N is super great. She is perfect for a small school like Elon because she makes an effort to really know all of her students and will be cognizant of your strengths and weaknesses. Tests are challenging but fair. She really cares about her students and will help you do well in her class if you ask for help.

Dr. N is the most kind hearted person around. She really cares about her students and will do anything she can to help them succeed. She cares about you from the time she meets you to forever and cares about your life. She is involved with many things but always makes time to help anyone in need. Dr. N is amazing and if given the chance, take her!

Biotech was the most valuable class I took at Elon. She really let our class choose what topics we wanted to focus on. Labs took up a lot of time, but learned so much it was worth it.

She is a great person. I did not find the class interesting, but many people love the class. The tests are medium in difficulty. It is a lot of memorization. The class was too detailed for me. As a person, she is very easy to talk with and is willing to help you. Class was mostly lecture and not too interesting to me though.

Her tests are impossible. Lots of multiple choice that have no clear answer and are very ambiguous. She is nice enough in class but not in person. I would not recommend taking this class unless you are a good guesser on multiple choice. Bio majors should definitely avoid her.

Love this class. Taught in a non-traditional way with hardly any lecturing, instead you teach yourself, teach your group and work through problems together. It keeps the subject interesting and challenging. She is out to challenge her students which is really the best way to learn, her test are tough, but if you work hard you'll do fine.

Her tests are a lot harder than I expected,but I was able to adjust and get As with lots of studying. She is very friendly and class was a little more enjoyable because of her demeanor-she even changed our class to MW instead of MWF!Other than the tests,the class is not too hard. An easy group project at the end of the semester gives needed points.

Nice Woman and willing to help, but way too anal. A lot of notes, and her tests are really tricky. She never lets you get out early, she always holds you to the last second of class. Not a good class to take at 8 am.

My favorite! Took her for Cell Bio also, very intelligent and helpful lady, is always there for her students. Although topics are hard and boring, she is very clear and makes sure students have full understanding of all topics. Wish she teached all biology classes!

Prof. Niedziela is a really smart and very nice teacher. This class is perfect for nonmajors because she understands that you're NOT a biology major. Hardly any homework. Tests are exactly what she says they'll be. Only one project that wasn't that bad. She's a really good teacher
