Comment:
Linda was indeed a very demanding and theoretically based teacher. This was intimidating and overwhelming at the time, and made me work hard to challenge myself. Her imaginative projects inspired me to exercise new skills of analyzation and creative thinking.

Challenging professors with clear direction will make a student learn the most over their careers long after school is finished. Linda is that teacher/mentor. Architecture is a deeply theoretical and practical art and to understand it is hard work. Linda thinks critically and asks her students to do the same. She's the best, highly recommended!

Samuels is enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated. My ARCH 2101 experience with her provided a solid foundation in design fundamentals which are key to successful architectural practice. It was a pleasure having her as a professor, and her future students should consider themselves lucky.

She is a fair and attentive professor, with an intense love and knowledge of architecture and design. She was my professor for design courses at least three times over the span of five years. She challenges students to use all of their critical thinking skills and utilize everything in their wheelhouse in order to produce the best work possible.

She has her favorite list and spends most of her time at their desk. She will hand pick students for projects not on the basis of merit but if you are in her little click. Her mobile studio was made up of hand picked architectural misfits. The typical don't get their work done until the night before, sleep through class, party students.

worst teacher I have ever encountered. opinion=fact to her, favorite students get easier projects and critiques and grading reflects favoritism.
