She has a great sense of humor and is a very nice lady, but her lectures lack clarity and cohesion. Her mid-term exam was fair, yet the final on real property was anything but because its fact pattern was way too long and detailed.

Very nice lady with a decent sense of humour. She just doesn't have a clue how to deal with Real Property as a subject. As someone below has said there are a few points in Real Property where she will literally at the class and not have a clue what is going on.

Prof. Fainstein is wildly entertaining. However, she is extremely disorganized, confusing and contradicts herself. Real Property was a nightmare due to her lack of preparedness. She needs to plan her lectures more!!

funny yeah, but doesn't help you to understand info. No helpful feedback. Disorganized,unclear, never ready for class, never did give an overall picture, just gobs of info with no context. Fondest memory: the sound of flipping pages in class while everybody was trying to figure out where she was reading from! ohh, the memories. (shudder)

Her classes were some of the few that I actually looked forward to attending. She made the subject interesting and her explanations were easy to understand but yet absolutely thorough in their content. I was also in her Methods group - and for the classes that I took, I would say she is one of the best professors I have ever had!
