Lisa is amazing, she is a harsh critic but really pushes you to do your best work. I continue to refer to her for feedback in current studios, she is great and will really give you an insight on whether you want to make it or not. YOUR WORK and EFFORT IS YOUR GRADE.

Possibly one of the worst experiences in a studio that I've ever had. She'd prefer a finished product to a challenging methodology of production and practice any day. I like being challenged in a critical fashion, but not simply because our ideas about architecture don't mesh. Her ego outweighs her passion to teach and that is never a good thing.

If you don't mind to feel drained and prideless, especially the ones with no self-esteem or low self-esteem are the right candidates to take her class. You don't even need to work hard to suck up to her, just let her be the ego crusher and you will enter her VIP list.

Notoriously harsh. Wasn't my instructor but always seemed nice when speaking to the class as a whole. Her section produced amazing work, which says something about her as an instructor. However, she was rude (distracted) throughout my final review. Good criticism, but she lived up to her reputation of being very harsh as a reviewer.
