I think there was about five speeches. (took her two years ago). BUt honestly she is great, she first makes you feel comfortable with the whole class and honestly just expects you to be college students. Hates it when students are late on presentations. She also does not judge you if you show fear during presentations. her grading is fare!

Lisette is very helpful, makes class fun, and the assignments for speeches were interesting. I only did terrible because I suck at speeches. Also she's mad hot. Take her...NOW

Stay away from her. Horrible teacher grades you LOW on every speech for no reason! What in the world is she expecting from a biology major student anyway. It's lower div speech take it easy. Terrible teacher.

Ya she really is an understanding professor. She makes students feel totally comfortable. The only problem is that she is a really hard grader. When your done with your speech she really doesn't give you any constructive criticism. She doesn't really tell you how to improve.

Very hard to deal with. She kinda gives you an impression that she's a cool teacher herself, but at the end, she backstabs you with a D+ on a report when she did not clearly explain her expectations. Don't even know what she wanted to teach there. Won't take any class from her ever again!

Worst teacher ever!! Take anyone but Lisette. She grades hard no hold on.. SHE GRADES HARD. Ok better. I learned absolutely nothing in that class, didn't improve my public speaking skills. She's just too picky and it is useless. Do not recommend her.

Puclic speaking is dreadful in my opinion. She gives you broad guidelines to what she expects to see but no examples. You must do your work hoping that that's what she wanted. Her test are specific things from the readings. I got a B- and that was earned from working hard and stressing out. Just do your best.

AMAZING! Presentations are my weakness and even though I am extremeley shy, I actually enjoyed this class. YES, there are about 4 presentations that are dreadful yet easy, but SHE will make it easy. Seriously take her. Just listen to what she asks for and you will pass the class with at least an a or B!

I barely started the semester adn already i feel like she is a good professor. shes very clear and precise about how she wants things. the work is a bit much but its not so much that you can deal with the rest of your life. all in all shes a cool and understanding professor and i would definetly recomend her.

Lisette Rhi is a really good professor, her class was so much fun because you get to work with groups the whole semester. There are two tests, which are based on chapters from the book so if you read you will do fine. The semester project is really fun and not hard at all. I would take this class if you can!!!
