One of the smartest women i've ever met, Mrs. Minbiole is very accomplished and intelligent, ACCOUNTING MAJORS; take her if you want to learn things the right way... she is willing to help she offers office hours and will answer any question you have and help give you direction on any exam.

Comment:

This class is very challenging, but you learn a great deal. Minbiole is really into testing, we had 4 and they were always too long for the amount of time given, which is frustrating. She is not really warm and willing to help, but she is friendly and knows what she is talking about. Study very hard, do the HW ahead of time, and you will pass.

She's really good at what she does. Very helpful when needed. Tests are hard, you can study all you want, but it won't help! Curved the second test. Just ask questions and participate and you will be fine!!!

How she became the Chair of the Accounting dept. is beyond me? If you are good at teaching yourself the textbook material and don't need any direction on how to get things done, then you'll do great! Even if you think your failing, stick with it because they will curve to pass everyone. I don't recommend going to NU for the accounting program.

Accouning is an incredibly complex subject - and Mrs. Minbiole lives and breathes it. She is extremly professional - and is one of the smartest women alive when it comes to the subject. She is sometimes hard to understand becuase she is so advanced, but you will benefit from having her. You really need to read- and reread the chapters to keep up.

Hard Teacher!! But I have never learned so much, her tests are killer. I don't know why people think she can be mean? I think she is one of the nicest most understanding teachers at Northwood. I've never had a problem with her, I think she is great. She forces you to learn! One of the BEST teachers Northwood has!
