This teacher has great charisma. You should definitely take this elective if you need one. Her tests do take a little bit of studying but its all memorization and she gives out study guides. This class has a lot of busy work and small 1 page papers due. Besides the amount of time you waste for this class, it is pretty simple.

Awesome teacher!! Her class was very easy. Very clear cut, you know whats expected of you from the start. She brought in an actual Arbitration group from the railroad to Arbitrate infront of us. Best class I've ever had at Marshall a must take!! You learn a lot and don't realize it. Fun Fun Class.
