This man is the only Astronomy professor on campus, but you wouldn't know it to walk in on his lecture. When he's not talking about his political opinions, the Jersey Shore, or Jessica Simpson's IQ, he's rambling on about car models or his grandkids. He'll say one thing's on the test, and then the EXACT opposite is what winds up there. He's a FAIL.

WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD! He barely teaches class, lecture notes on napkins, doesn't really care if you don't understand. Students end up having to help teach the class because he makes it so complicated. Also, he decides to tell stories about his family instead of teaching. He is very forgetful and seriously only take him if it is required.

Horrible professor. His lectures are pointless for the most part. His study sessions help sometimes. Basically, in order to do well, go over the homework problems and pay attention the problems in the review sessions cause those are usually on the test. He does curve the exams a lot.

Prof kijewski is always late to class, never prepared, and covers nothing that is on his tests. Also, watch out for which answer key he uses when he grades your scantrons sometimes he forgets which test is which key. Then you fail for teaching yourself the material. May as well be an independant study course.

Comment:
Consistently unprepared for class. He thinks napkins from his soup are acceptable lecture notes. Uses students to work through examples instead of lecturing. Interweaves useless family stories into lecture. Lecture is dry and contains almost no test material. Curves tests using an illogical formula that does not help lower scores. Terrible.

He is really old and can't remember anything. Doesn't cover half the stuff in class that is on the tests. Gets confused over complicated formulas. If you have a science requirement for your major, DO NOT TAKE PHYSICS. Take Chem. He is the only physics teacher, so if you fail you have to retake the class with him. If he doesn't like you he is mean.

Very tough teacher but he knows what he's talking about. If you ask for help, he'll sit with you after class until you get it. Also offers extra review sessions at nights before tests. Be his friend and he'll help you out, if not, well, good luck to ya!

Very hard teacher. Tends to get off topic in class constantly. Sometimes he can't even remember what he is teaching. Bases entire grade on 5 tests. Nothing else counts. Really hard tests too. Curves his tests, but still... he's really smart, but I would avoid if possible.

Fun to talk to, and its obvious he knows his stuff (he went to columbia... from hicksville!) but dude is more like the professor at the big university, you know, probably more comfortable doing research than helping students out. Very challenging tests.
