I would take another history teacher. Class is extremely boring. Talks nonstop so note taking is impossible. Use of overhead projector is pointless. Does not give expectations of answers for essay questions. You can think ur answer was fine but u end up with a B. Essay exam grading are too unpredictable and subjective. DO NOT TAKE.

Passionate when it comes to history. Prior military service, loves the Phillies, great person to chat with when it comes to sports at the college and professional league level. Exams are manageable, short essay answers, questions given before hand as well as a class study group session. Good stuff

A very friendly guy who has passion for history! take his class. he reviews the 5 questions on the day before the exam and then be expected that there will be two questions out of the 5 that he will pick on the test day. it's easy if you study the review. pick him!

Awesome guy. He is very patient and really knows his history. Gives you the questions for the tests and Final the first day(essays Q's). Just show up, take a few notes and you should get an A. The essay questions aren't that hard becuz he has you get into groups before the tests and go over them. Take him. He's easy!

Pretty easy class. All test and final questions are given out the first day (syllabus) though he randomly selects which will go on the test/final. Has a wealth of information and cares about what hes teaching as well as his students. Takes attendance every class so be sure to show up.

super eeeaasssyyy class! he says attendance but half the people in class never shows up and he never makes a big deal. all of the midterm questions are in the syllabus, and on the 2nd midterm he make it open note! most of the notes on the overhead are irrelevant, and he talks constantly, but it's a really EEAASSSYYY class! take it!

Very easy teacher. Lecture is a mixture of untidy hand-written overhead projections and videos. He gives you the questions to the tests in the syllabus and it makes note taking and test taking easier. Not a bad guy, just go to class.

Well prepare yourself for boredom! The class is easy but man do u get bored. This teacher reads straight from his notes and that's about it. Also like maybe once a week you'll watch some boring documentary, also he puts his class in alphabetical order.

Good: Great if you just like taking notes and taking quizzes and tests. Straight forward. For tests, just memorize study guide or review outlines. Grades on a curve. Bad: lectures are dry unless you really are interested. Class can drag.

This guy is the worst teacher ever. He sits there and reads his lectures straight from his notes. He simply does not TEACH. There is no student involvement ever. Once a week we are watching a documentary with only still pictures and a boring narrator.
