Material was good, BUT this guy gives a political sermon before class. AND, if you try to debate him in the least, he retaliates. This is unacceptable for any professor. This is what I've come to dislike about academia: The indoctrination.

this guy is a good guy, and knows his stuff. but he cant teach. terrible teacher tells many stories that have nothing to do class. nothing he teaches is on tests or exams. thats right tests and exams for a seminar gives some easy assignments but doesnt really know what hes doing. only way i learned was by reading the book looking it up online

DAMN YA'LL THAT BE DISSIN' MY BOY LYNN. IF YA GOT A PROBLEM WITH HIM, YA GOT A PROBLEM WITH ME AND MY PEOPLES. Lynn's class, although boring at times (but thats the nature of EE) is very informative, yet easy. AND HE'S HOT TOO!

Dr. Carpenter is cool because he actually gets to know his students, unlike most EE profs. He encourages class discussion and gives good real-life examples.. and also has some funny stories.

This guy completely sucks. His lectures are so slow and don't cover nearly enough material. He can't answer any questions on the spot and it's ANNOYING! I learn more doing the Collegian Crossword during his class.
