Although I learned alot, I absolutely hated Mrs. Pabst. She gives you work like she is the only teacher/class you have. It was ridiculous. She does grade high, though. Try to avoid, but not possible if you're an Early Childhood major

Mrs. Pabst is a great teacher. She is willing to listen and help but also lays it all out in her syllabus. Your in college now and need to realize this is life. As a non-traditional student I found her classes very rewarding. Would recommend to anyone willing to do the work.

Really knows what she's teaching and wants us to be well prepared for future jobs. People who think she's hard should grow up. You're in college; what do you expect? If you are not prepared to give it your best, then maybe you shouldn't be here. I want to know what I'm doing when I get out, and Mrs. Pabst tells it like it is.

I think that she gave the students way tooo much work...way too too much work..it's like every day a paper is due and she doesn't like care if you have other classes to take...She really needs a makeover.. honestly..from head to toe..the only good thing about her, is, that she places students in a group for some assignments....

She has ridiculous expectations regaurding field work and appropriate dress. She idealizes situations and when you react in any way other than what she feels is correct, she tells you about it as if you were able to, AS A STUDENT, have complete control over the situation. And she NEEDS a new hair style. AVOID if possible.

I have hardly in my education felt like I didn't matter to a teacher, until I took this class. I was constantly ignored, questions were shrugged off, and when I had a suggestion she rarely if ever took it seriously. The course load is ridiculous, and it all comes at once, usually the heaviest coming at the end of the semester right before finals.

This woman is insane! If you can get away with not taking her for as many classes as possible please do yourself a favor. You will have an assignment due every day. She forgets that people have a life besides her class, and does not take the fact that people work into consideration. If you're stuck with her, you may as well quit your job!
