Very bad professor, I do not recommend taking the class online with him. He never return phone calls, and he does not answer emails. Since this is an online class, the professor is responsible to answer students quickly, but he does not provide any help nor answer questions, he doesn't spend time to explain things. He needs to improve.

4 multiple choice tests straight out of the bold words in the book, with a retake option. 3 solo case studies, these take work and critical thinking, but he's a pretty generous grader. Final project is just a group version of the previous 3 studies combined into one long one. I got A- with only moderate effort.

2 case studies: 1 as a group presentation and 1 as an individual paper. Pretty easy grader when it comes to the projects. The exams are fairly challenging and wordy; but what do you expect, it's your capstone class. He does bring some funny jokes and humor to class to keep the mood positive!

Do not take this class on line. The instructor talks (well, posts since it is an online class) in circles, the test questions are wordy and confusing, the text is the same. Maybe being in class and able to ask for clarity helps. If you take this class on line, good luck.

He demands a lot from his students, but he is a good professor. He tries to bring humor into the class and keep it interesting. He provides constructive feedback, and yes it is in front of the entire class sometimes, but that's how we learn what not to do. I'd recommend him to anyone.

He may not be the greatest teacher but he certainly cares about his students and will do everything to help them succeed! A great personality, use his office hours if you find some of the classes tough, I gurantee he will make the class enjoyable!

I don't know why he has gotten such poor ratings on here. The class is not easy, but what do you expect from a capstone class? It's supposed to be challenging. He has a good sense of humor and is very helpful and wants his students to succeed. I enjoyed this class and recommend him if you can take him.

Do not take online if you want to learn something. He just wants you to read chapters, do the case studies and take an exam. Sounds easy right. NOT. If I wasn't already familiar with the information, I would have had a very hard time in this class. Avoid online if possible.

I'm taking this class online, Would NOT recommend, so far the worst professor I have ever had a CMU. Provides very little info or instruction, his emails replies are 2 words long, seriously. Not very helpful at all, overall a zero in my book, CMU could do much better and the students deserve way better than this guy.
