This man could teach the phone book and it would be interesting. A few things you need to know to do well in his class: show up to each and every class meeting (and on time and not leave early), do the homework before it's due, and sit in the front row. He's not PC (in a entertaining way), very entertaining, and cares deeply about his students.

Best math professor! Take him he is really nice and tries his best to make the subject easy to understand. As long as you show up to class, do the homework and do the practice tests you should do fine, everything on the test is based on his notes.

TAKE HIM!! i hate math and fell behind early. its hard but if you ask for help and get to know him hes so helpful!! he really wants you to learn. hes understanding! i was failing and he helped me pass by meeting with him and passing the final. he's funny. He is seriously awesome for math ive never had a better teacher!! TAKE HIMMMM!!!

really nice teacher. he wants everyone to do well. he does everything he can to help. he does give a lot of quizzes so you must go to class. i did really well on all tests but missed too many quizzes so i ended with a B. show up and do the work and it's an easy A. highly suggest him for any class.

dr g is a great teacher. he does give lots of quizzes, but they are to help you learn and actually helps your grade in the end. his tests are EXACTLY like the practice ones he gives you as study guides. i strongly recommend him for math 114 and any other classes he teaches (calc and statisics)

He's the BEST teacher in CSULB! I got an A! Test was easy. It's similar from the study guide. He also collects the homework. You better do it by yourself if u wanna get a good grade. I mean.. you can buy the solution from the bookstore. But, it's not worth it at all.

Such a GREAT teacher. I don't like math but still really enjoy his class! Will take him again for 115.Doesn't count attendence but must attend b/c 10 pts daily either by a quiz or turning in homework... it really only helps your grade though! Mr. G is a very interesting character. He loves teaching and he shows it everyday. He will push your buttons and test your skills everyday. His class is hard but you will learn more than you could have imagine. I truly recommend this guy.

Dr. G is a wonderful professor. He truly cares about your learning and gives you all the tools to succeed. HW is due every class meeting, quizes almost every class meeting, great lecture notes and practice exams. Make an honest effort, show up, know your algebra, and you will have no problem passing Dr. G's class.

An excellent instructor. You must do the homework to be successful. He also gives practice tests that look exactly like the actual exams. I admit, his class was quite a bit of work but the only way you can possibly fail this class is if you want to. I learned more math in his class than I ever knew.

The class itself is easier...the teacher however made it easier. He teaches really well, easy to understand, and really helpful. He really loves japanese people and japan itself and hates the middle east...but he really loves math and is really good at teaching it
