Very easy class if you keep up with the reading. The professor is very straightforward and simply tells you whats due and when. Very good at reminding when assignments are due. Easy extra credit. Text book was actually very interesting and informational. Pay close attention when reading all the tests are based on the chapters.

Took this as an online class. This is a self-paced class and it was super easy! You definitely need the textbook. Just study the textbook and powerpoints and you'll get an A. There are extra credit opportunities too.

Bautista is probably the worst college instructor I've had in my college career. He doesn't teach core P.E. concepts that you will need for the CSET. He is without a doubt, the most rigid and strict man I've met. You will be reprimanded for being 1 min late or being less than perfect in the activities. Frankly, he turns people off from teaching.

Manny was one of the best professors I have had. He is very knowledgable, the information you learn will be useful for future teachers. Attendance is mandatory, but Manny is caring, funny, and he is straightforward on what you need to do to get an A. He is awesome, take him!

5 tests over the book set at your own pace. 50 questions in 50 minutes. Offered EC for the class as well. As long as you read the book you will get an A. He is a no fuss guy. He makes it clear that there are no excuses for missing tests and will not give you any remakes despite your reasons.

Absolutely loved him! No studying necessary because he helps you ACTUALLY LEARN. You spend the whole semester teaching lessons. It was awesome. You just act like a kid the whole time. An easy A, he was funny, and extremely caring and helpful.

This review is for Health 101 on line. The criteria for this class is very clear and easy to follow. There is also a great deal of flexibility as it is work at your own pace. That said, you must do the work. Some people have completed the entire course in a weekend, I completed it in 6 weeks which worked for my schedule. Extra credit is offered.

Online Health 101. Just read the book and take the exams and your done! Tests are timed so you MUST READ THE BOOK! I only took the course because I needed the credits but I ended up learning so many things that can be applied to real life! I'm glad I took it. He has flash cards, powerpoints, and quizes that really help with the course.

He loves himself and expects you will do the same. Clear about expectations, impatient with laziness/excuses. You will have to work with a group to teach a class and you ARE dependent upon your groupmates, no way around it. You don't really need the book, info is on slides if you take notes. Tests are a gimme. Show up and PLAY, that is key.

Failed me as a professor. I took this guy's class a couple years ago, now I'm getting ready to take the CSET and realizing I learned nothing from this class. He acts like he's a godsend, but he's just lazy. Open book group tests are easy, but I didn't learn anything. He needs to implement CSET concepts into his lessons. I can't teach unless I pass.

My first impression of him was that he really doesn't listen much to what he says because he tends to contradict himself a lot. But you have to trust that his intentions are for your benefit (he proves it so). He's compassionate and always wants the best for his students. Just come to class and play games = FUN & funny moments!
