Worst teacher i have ever had. Teaches only math theory and tests are ridiculous. And to top it off he is an extremely difficult grader. Drop if you can and take with someone else. You are at an extreme disadvantage if you take a class with this smug, awkward man.

Levine is a very smart prof. sometimes he teaches above the level of the class, or goes thru concepts quickly. he is methodical and reasonable, but expects that the students do outside work to solidify the material. just go to class, read the book, and go to office hours if you need help. he wants students to do well. good overall, good teacher.

Levine is terrible at explaining things in a clear manner. I have had trouble since the second month of school. I have gone to office hours, and he is equally as unhelpful there in explaining the material. He can be a jerk, and very undermining. He has no idea whats going on in his class, and doesnt pay attention to students needs.

Smart guy, teaches predictably. Some examples are not so helpful /superfluous, but Differential Equations is not supposed to be an easy class... I don't really know what most of you people are expecting, but you're not supposed to get a good grade in a class like this if you're not smart or if you don't do any work.

He sucks. Terrible teacher, only shows theory no examples. If you want to learn you have to read the text and then go to class and ask lots of questions. You can just not go to class, get some extra sleep, read the book and take the tests and pass. he blows.

I took the class despite the warnings of other people, and paid the price of a huge drop in my gpa. Avoid at all costs. The first couple of weeks may seem to go smoothly, but if you can, drop the class immediately. You've been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had calculus in high school & i'm doing worse in this class then i did then. He can't teach for his life, he's completely unfair on tests, he gives no formulas in class & explains nothing. I've seen him for extra help & he just gets mad when you don't understand. don't take his class!

I actually had this guy for three classes, he was filling in for my regular professor who had to leave for a few. He is a total ****!! Very rude to the students in class, his explanations are not clear and is very unfair. A very smug ****.

This guy is one of the biggest jerks I have ever met.He is patronizing and condescending. The only good thing I can say about him is that he really does know about math, its just to bad he doesn't know how to teach it in a way for anyone to understand.
