Took her total body fitness class from 12:00-1:25. One of the best professors I've ever had. She is very caring and motivational, and it's sincere. I saw great progress within a semester even though the classes were only twice a week. You keep a progress sheet and test 3 times a year to track progress, and you'll be surprised by the results. Great!

Coach Mohr is a great professor. She is very helpful and very clear. If you need help, she will help you the most she can. I would recommend this class if you are interested in sports and a good listener because she loves to talk!

Coach Mohr is the best professor I have ever had! Her lectures are phenomenal. Generally, I am not interested in sports- but I was blown away with her awesome lectures! This class offers so much more than the course description. Coach Mohr is super positive, fair and so inspirational it will change you as a student and a human! Love her!!!

She is so fun to be around and encouraging. She knows that everyone has a different athletic ability but tries to push you too. The workouts gradually get tough but enjoyable. She's always there for you if you want tips on how to create a workout specifically for you. The class has a great comradery.

the online book is essential,but not very expensive. she lectures directly from the book, and then we watch movies for the rest of class. there are plenty of group projects. you must give a presentation during class. tests are easy. i barely studied. if you have a high A before the final she lets you skip the Final. gives extra credit. only 2 tests

She really connects with & cares about all of her students, regardless of their fitness level. She even gives modified workouts to her students who need it. Mohr has a great attitude and always motivates her students during workouts. Grades are based on attendance and participation.

Coach Mohr is an awesome step aerobics teacher! I love her very much! You get an excellent workout! You do not get bored of working out! She's really motivating! Attendance is mandatory and there is a written test at the end of the semester, so make sure to read the handout. Gives out plenty of times for extra credit. So, take her! Shes awesome! :)

She really nice and cool. If you ever have a problem with pain. She will give you advice. :) Although she grades by attendance I do recommend her if your looking to lose fat! :) Don't miss too much class cause then of course you won't notice a difference.

Challenging in a good way...to inspire the student, and especially the student-athlete. Hands-down one of the best instructors I've ever had during my entire college experience. Be sure to show up to class, for she grades on attendance, and be sure to take copious notes on the *important* points, especially, and free to give your opinion in class.

Coach Mohr is great because she tells you exactly what will be on the tests, so you always know what to take notes on and what to study. (During lectures, she will say something like, "You need to know this." or "You don't have to write that down." As long as you pay attention, the only time you might get surprised on a test is on extra credit.

OMG! If you can't pass her class your an IDIOT! Quizzes are word for word from the notes; tests are word for word from the quizzes. And she always gives extra credit. There will also be a panel discussion and if you put some thought & effort into to it, then she WILL give you an A. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Step aerboics-show up and she will give you an A. There is a finally at the end, which she gives you a paper to study for it (easy). She is really lively and encouraging. Take her and you will get a great workout. She is also the assitant coach of the SPARKS, so you know she is in good shape.
