She doesn't post notes online so going to class is important! However, the material is very basic and easy to understand. There are lots of free marks given away, just for showing up to tutorials and doing the surprise in class assignments. Very clear prof who cares about her students and has a great smile :)

Boring. Goes through slides really fast and gives no skeleton notes. Tests are rough, thank god for the lab. Even if you ask for help she speaks very technically and is not interesting or clear.

Margie is a great prof! She is very helpful when it comes to understand content and getting clarification about projects. She is very clear on her expectations she has for her students. She gives students a lot of opportunity to do well and be successful. Exams are very detail oriented but fair!!

Comment:
She taught research methods which in her defense was not the most interesting class to teach. However, her exams are fair and she gives participation marks for coming to class. She's a great person to talk to and really helpful if you're interested in doing a thesis or a Master's where you'll have to conduct research.

she can be extremely unfair on some of the txt material. For ex.8% of the entire midterm was based off a "Did you know box" specifically this ex was the difference between capability and ability. when challenged about the weighting she stated is was b/c it was a major concept of APA....however this major concept of the course was never taught.
