I took this class online during the summer. It is fast paced, but just keep up with the work. You can take the quizzes twice, so make sure you know the answers. Print the quizzes and PDF files out, and the exams will be a breeze. The compositions aren't that long either, if you use a translator just keep your sentences simple. I never used the book

Very easy class. Will help you out. There are group activities which makes class fun. Everything is pretty much online, and the tests were open note for most of the time. Take her to knock out 101 and 102.

I really didn't learn that much because all the tests were open book open notes, but I really liked her. It was an easy A, and if you can understand Spanish you'll hear her drop like 5 inappropriate comments a class. She has a great sense of humor and is very helpfull. I really liked her a lot! Definately take her.

Personally, I didn't learn a thing in this class. I have sat in this woman's class all semester, and have no clue what any Spanish word means, or how to construct a sentence, alot of that has to do with the fact everything is open book, so I have no incentive to learn it. Hardest thing about the class is staying awake, and finding the desire to go.

I hate Spanish, and I love easy Spanish classes. Luckily, this was an easy one. Most of the class is online-even if you have her in class. All of the tests are open book, and the only semi-difficult part of the class was the final. I would def. recommend her.

I took this class online and it was great. I learned more in this class than other Spanish classes because I was able to work at my own pace and convenience. Some tests are hard but if you test badly you can save your grade via other assignments. Based on my emails with her, I think she's cool.

I had to take 4 semesters of Spanish, and I only learned from one of them. VanZandt is the best profesora de Espanol at MU. She explains clearly and varies the assignments, so learning is fun and challenging.
