very nice person, but not a good teacher. very disorganized, difficult to understand. always changed her mind about assignments and assigned homework but never collected it. so many complaints from students, college replaced her with a instructor that was even worse.

I took Profesora Cordoba's class at Shasta college- She is an extremely helpful teacher who truly wants her students to succeed in learning Spanish. Very interesting, fun class; if you are serious about learning Spanish, I highly suggest getting into her class.

All the bad comments are true. Incomprehensible, disorganized, and very unclear about what she wanted. Class literally went from 40 in the beginning to 7, and only a couple of those passed. However, I actually led the class (or what was left of it) at the end of the semester and discussed our issues with her. As a result she changed everyone's grad

Sooooo Ridiculous. Spanish 2? More like Spanish for Experts. Had 28 students at the beginning and down to 9 at the end. Went thru topics fast, nothings able to soak in. Nice lady though....

She is probably one of the hardest teachers i have had. She is very unclear on assignments and how she explains things inside the class. Everyone was failing the class and she still didn't answer our questions in a way we could all understand. Also, she speaks spanish the whole class period which is really hard while you are learning the language.

She was the worst teacher I have ever had. She is extremely hard to understand, rude, and doesn't seem to even really notice that she's being rude. Her homework is impossible to follow and she is insulting to her students. she doesn't speak very good english either. she's absolutely awful. I had her my first semester and I was one of the 6 left out

Cordoba is a pretty easy teacher if you are a mind reader. Her expectations from you are unclear and doesn't give you advance notice of anything due in class. Everything is on WebCT, which can be frustrating if it's not working correctly. Avoid taking her class, it was full at the beginning of the semester with only 11 students remaining, no joke.

I wanted to learn spanish.But,I dropped this class because she was a really bad teacher. The course work is on the internet only, and she will not give u a hard copy. Also she makes you feel stupid and worthless I cried when I left the class and never went back. Don't take this class it's not worth it, I like hard teachers but she's horrible. Sorry

As a person, I liked Margarita Cordoba. As a teacher I couldn't understand a word she said mainly because she spoke only in spanish (which is a little pointless for spanish 1 students who don't UNDERSTAND spanish yet) I usually get A's and so I found this class really frustrating and a waste of my time...please dont take this class.

This professor is not there to teach she is just putting in her time. She talks too fast and mostly in Spanish. Her tests are half oral and unless you have already had Spanish you will not pass. She barely answers questions and will not slow down. Very hard to understand.

This teacher is so hard. on the second day of class all she spoke was spanish. when we asked her to clarify the homework she said she didn't have time for that. she talks to fast. i wouldn't recommed unless you already know spanish.
