Marge Werner is one of the best professors at Wheaton. Her innovative ideas on education should be taught to every aspiring educator around the U.S. I strongly recommend taking a class with her. Beyond her professional work, she also is a great person, with an endless amount of stories and experience.

Simply the nicest woman. She doesn't believe in tests, all of her papers are worth 10 points and she doesn't believe in 120 minute classes. This may have you thinking she is a pushover and you will learn thing. WRONG. She is passionate about what she does and really knows how to engage her class in interesting conversations. Awesome woman.

Given Prof. Werner's reputation for being absurdly relaxed in terms of grading, I expected her to be a pushover. WRONG. She's a fascinating person with all kinds of stories about how she improved schooling for this or that special-needs kid. A real superhero. The class is ridiculously easy and none too thrilling either, but Prof. Werner is great.

Excellent professor. Easy-going and very nice. She doesn't really assign homework, mostly just 1-2 pages DS reflections. Her class(es) is interesting and I had fun. Would highly recommend.

Prof. Werner is the most kind hearted and dedicated professors I have ever had at Wheaton thus far. She keeps all of her students active in class and makes each and every class interesting.
