Comment:

Very nice lady, but moves too quick. You have to keep up with her if you want to pass the class. Questions on the tests are fairly difficult so make sure to study ALOT. She'll answer your questions in class at least. Though she's retiring now so I doubt any students will be taking her any longer in MCC.

Comment:

I took her for Statistics 2 online, and I wouldn't recommend taking her. She rarely replies to emails even when they're urgent. The bare minimum a professor can do is reply, it's their job. Besides that, she doesn't communicate at all with the class and doesn't tell you when she's going to open tests and quizzes to take. Stay away if you can.

Took her math 124 class online. She didn't even post any videos or notes on how to do the material properly. All of the homework and tests were on my stat lab. You literally have to learn on your own when she's your teacher. The hardest thing I ever had to do. If this professor is you're only option, do yourself a favor and do not take her.

Worst professor I've ever taken at MCC. Assigns homework and papers that are randomly checked. You can pour your heart into one of her papers and it might just happen to not be collected! She will call you randomly and belittle you when you don't understand something. Avoid at all costs. She's old and miserable and rude to her students.

HORRIBLE - I have been taking online classes for the past year and she is by far the worst. For Stat 2, this professor has been the worst I have ever had. She answered 1 email and for an online class that is disgraceful. Her lectures posted weren't helpful and she assigned a project and offered ZERO help. DO NOT TAKE!!!!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY DO NOT!!!

I took MAT 014 online with her. She stayed in communication via e-mail. She was very helpful and encouraging over the semester. She provided extra resources that would help me and gave me guidance on performing well. Very nice lady, very helpful.

Took the course online, it was a very interesting course. Everything you do is done in ALEKS. If you have questions you better google it or use a 3rd party website, cuz she wont email back the same week. Be ready to do homework, your grade depends on it, and the test are usual kinda tough.

I took her class during the winter session, and I would only recommend taking it if you are good at math and able to understand quickly or are willing to study pretty hard. The tests included everything in ALEKS plus anything in her lecture notes so always look at them. She answered in a timely manner when I had questions and emailed us weekly.

Online class? Never again. Her class notes posted online don't match the chapters we are actually doing, so that was no help. She doesn't email back. Ever. The grading is so confusing compared to the automatic grades online. I just wouldn't recommend this class online with this professor.

This teacher knows her material very well, but sometimes when teaching a new concept, she teaches it from end to start, which can confusing (Especially several statistics concepts). She welcomes everybody to ask questions, she will actually be offended if nobody has questions about what she is teaching. Participation counts heavily toward grade!!!!

She is a excellent teacher. HOWEVER you must do the work and practice. She assigns homework and the beginning of each class ask if you had any questions about the homework and if enough questions are asked she would spend all class on it. You must attend class otherwise you will get lost. Try to do good in stats l and you will definitely do good !

I usually suck at anything Math, but she's a good professor. She knows what she's talking about and will clarify anything you need help with. Just know that it's up to you to ask for help, not her. She made the semester bearable for me and I loved her lectures. Those who say she gives "a lot" of work aren't used to actually working for the A.

DeLucia is a tough. She comes across as very intimidating and mean but if you need help she's willing to do so. The more interest in the course you show the better because she will be more willing to help you with your grade in the long run. She wouldn't be my first choice but that doesn't mean she's not a good teacher. She answers all questions.

She was a poor professor. She talked more to the board and herself than the actual students. If you don't read over your notes and use extra help don't expect an A. She doesn't really believe in reviews, doesn't answer her emails, gets annoyed when you asks questions, and sometimes she can be quite rude.

She was a very good professor gave us a booklet on which chapters and sections she would be doing. Also it would have the formulas and steps on how to do them. On the syllabus there was like practice hw if you wanted to do it, but if you paid well attention you can pass her class with a good grade.
