She is pretty good, but her accent is a little tough to understand. WR112 is really easy. Will have read multiple books and do plenty of homework. Worth it though

Professor Zlateva has been such a great mentor. She really cares about her students and their improvements. She especially empowers ESL students to voice their opinions and knowledge in their writing. Even after my semester with her, I visit her office just to chat and ask advice. She was the highlight of my first sem and all my friends know that.

She's honestly one of the best professors I had so far. She gives really good and applicable feedback on your papers and she really wants her students to do well. The papers are a bit challenging but in general great professor.

Professor Zlateva is one of the best professors I've ever had. She is patient and willing to help in class and outside the class. She also truly cares about her students themselves. It's rare because college professors are usually not like that. She is, however, kind of a tough grader. But as long as you do what she asked to do, you'll be fine.

Very good teacher + person. Also helpful outside class but quite hard to get an A or A- (WR100 is notorious as a weed-out class but my friends weak in writing got A-s from other WR100's) Go to her office hours and try to adhere to what she wants, cause the grade depends on that not so much on your ability to write generally or your intelligence

I'll say this ahead: she is a tough grader looking for very specific things in your essay so better check the requirement of essay really well or you WILL GET POINTS OFF. A lot of reading in my course even for me. She is patient to students and gives good feedback. If you want to improve your paper really should go to her meeting and office hours.

She is absolutely amazing. Not only she helps with your English writing skills, but she's one of the rare professors who actually cares about you. I talk to her even though i dont have her now, and she's always nice. GO TO her office hours for help on essays and she will edit it well for you. Grades fairly and taking her helps you improve A LOT.
