Okay class, but very bad teaching method. She has always shown up late to class (around 6:45pm for a 6:15 class)... and lets us out around 7:30 even though the class lets out at 9:15. I honestly didn't learn anything out of this. ONLY TAKE HER AS A LAST RESORT!!!!!

Drop out before you take her class. We've yet to start ontime with her showing up between 25-45 minutes late each class. At least be professional. Her teaching method is terrible, even speech majors she confuses and assume we had learned everything in prior speech classes. Textbook doesn't help. If you can find someone else, do it immediately.

Extremely boring! If you did not take a spc course before this, she would just confuse you even more. Her projects are easy so are the final/midterm, but soooo boring! She goes off topic a lot. However, she is so sweet and will work with you!

She is a really nice lady. She tries to answer everyones questions but in doing so she gets off topic A LOT. You end up talking about your classmates personal vocal problems more then the actual course. She'll put you to sleep....but the class is still an easy A.....Tests are easy but the paper takes time.

Certa is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help you, she even gave us her cell phone number incase we had a question about the project. The class is really boring, and pointless if you're doing secondary ed, but unfortunately it's required. If you ask, she'll tell you what's on the tests.

Best sleep i ever had. Project is a monster. She never talks about a child over 2, why is this required for secondary ed? Avoid her anyway possible and if you have to take her...bring a pillow!
