She may rush through lectures but she's always helpful when students ask questions. Deadlines and attendance is important in her class and she does grade and check your sewing technique during the muslin and the term garment projects. She also leaves right when the class ends too.

She moves quickly but is helpful when you don't understand. She refers to you as her child--she is there for you but will discipline you like a child. For example, I made a mistake and she said if I did it on my final she would kill me (out of love).

Tough but fair. Moves fast but totally willing to reexplain material or work with you. Expects a lot but gives a lot. Won't take your BS but if you show her you're willing to work hard she'll cut you some slack. I had Wright in my first semester and can still say she's my favorite prof I've had at FIT. Honestly learned so much.

She made a rather boring class pretty interesting and was extremely sweet. She knows what she's doing and always had useful tips to give us. However, she is a terrible grader. didn't even look at our patterns for our final PATTERN making project, and gave me a lower grade because I didn't double turn the hem. So watch out for stuff that!

Love her! She is very helpful and approachable. She makes pattern making easy to understand and to complete. Her demos are short and she is willing to help you whenever you ask. She is a semi-hard grader but as long as you make sure all of your pieces line up you will not have a hard time at all! Highly recommend

She is really funny and always good with our class though I heard different from other classes. She can be forgetful and you end up in class without the things you need for that day. Love her! Hilarious, always keeps the class as enjoyable as possible and is very flexible/willing to work with you. However, her grading system can be unorganized (but you can often talk your way into a better grade). Overall, not a bad class.

SHE IS AMAZING, the subject is not easy, but she made it fun and easy to understand, she will spend time with you to explain, she will use jokes to relax you and explain something that otherwise would be hard. I wish I could have her as a teacher for every single class!!!! it will make it easy to graduate!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER. I had her for 1st semester draping & she is one of my favorite teachers. She teaches according to the textbook that she recommends which is good if you follow that too. She is very funny & genuinely loves & cares about all her students. She called us all her children. I no doubt want to have her again for another semester.

I LOVE HER! She is my favorite so far at FIT. She is really funny (always talks about her kids) and really helps you with your draping skills. She is really positive and jokes a lot about the FIT 'system' and work. She did make us work really hard in a REALLY small amount of time, but it was worth it because then we had forever for our term garment
