She's helpful and easy to get along with, but only if you agree with her on politics. I kinda felt the class got off subject. By mid-semester it didn't seem like a history clas AT ALL, just service. If you do the work and try your best, you'll get a good grade, but she doesn't really comprimise with you interms of the service project or abscences.

This class is not for people who do not want to do the work. But if you don't mind doing the homewokr it's extremely easy. Readings weekly, postings which practically write your final paper in the class. Let my class use 3 x 5 notecard on the test.

If the class is not required, I wouldn't recommend taking it. The quizzes are weekly, open note. The tests are pretty hard. She is a kind teacher and has great intentions. She is extremely liberal and enjoys flaunting it. If you enjoy that, then I would take the course.

Very nice and helpful. Grades very hard but lets you know that in the beg. of the semester. Seems to like the good writers the best and is VERY VERY hard on your papers. Take an easier teacher if you don't write that well.

Seems as though the grading style of the teacher was a little strange. It was a history class, yet work was graded too much if it was English. For tests, youd know all the info,but your A work was still graded as B!Too many hmwk questions at times.
