Comment:

Although many years had passed, I remember she took 0.5 points off for not having enough spaces in the handwritten name of the financial statement. She is not a very pleasant person to deal with as she has a very low EQ. She also takes accounting more seriously than life itself.

Comment:

Best teacher I have ever had. She is so passionate about what she is teaching and organizs things very well. Clear and professional. The group case is time consuming but worthwhile. The exams are very very hard, but she gives you old exams to practice. They are really helpful. It is very worthwhile to take her class. Highly recommended.

You have to work for the class. It's hard. But it doesn't mean you can't get an A. As long as you put enough time to your studies, you're good. Plus, you learn so much from her. Prof Misch is a great professor to be taught by. I recommend everyone to take Misch if you're interested in Accounting.

I had Prof. Misch for Financial Acc. & I thoroughly enjoyed her class! While the 3 exams are demanding, if you keep up with the hw on a nightly basis & take advantage of her office hours, especially in the days leading up to the exam, you will succeed. She is extremely passionate about accounting & will help you in every way she possibly can.

I've had her for all three accounting classes and I'm honestly so glad to have had her as my professor. She's incredibly knowledgable and wants you to succeed. She's fair with her grading and even gives out three years worth of past tests. She's in her office more than not. My favorite professor thus far. She's difficult but you learn and remember.

this class is NOT EASY! She is a great professor though. She teaches REALLY WELL. However, if you miss more than 2 classes - you're screwed. Tests are really hard. She grades HARD, no curves or whatsoever. WORK HARD OR GO HOME (jk) or CHANGE YOUR MAJOR!

she is an incredible teacher. definitely not easy and expects a lot but is very enthusiastic about the subject and will bend over backwards to help you succeed. if you do the work, you will be fine. she puts old tests on blackboard so DO THEM! she's the best teacher i've had at pepperdine, and i hope i get her again.

Misch is an amazing professor. Her class is hard in that it requires your full attention and continual practice of her teachings. Misch is extremely helpful and always makes herself available. She is passionate and wants every student to do their best. Start strong from the begininning and you'll be fine.

Amazing teacher and person! Misch makes learning this subject so doable and is very fair. Has old tests to practice on just like the new one, making the class very doable. Pretty straightforward and direct exams if you simply study her past ones! Take any class with her.

I just finished her class today, and although the final was very hard, there was nothing that we did not know. Her old exams have been on Blackboard since the beginning of the semester and the new exams are the exact same format with different companies and numbers. She does a great job of teaching the subject and is always available to help.

HATE HATE HATE her and this class. The tests are LONG and impossible. Forcing myself to go to this class was a daily battle. She was rude, and overly enthusiastic. After class every day I felt like I needed hard alcohol. Avoid it like the plague.

great teacher, highly recommended. tests are relatively straightforward and easy, tho a bit long. KEY is to study the homework and her old exams she gives you (almost identical to the new one) and guarenteed 'A'! You hardly need to read the text. Do a good job on the group project tho.

Misch is one of the nicest teachers at Pepp. She is obsessed with accounting and is a complete genius in the subject. She grades hard! but if you attend class and study for the tests then its not that bad. You can't miss class. I really recommend taking her, better than the other accounting teachers that I have had.

I was really scared when I got in her class cause everyone said she was hard. But I came to class every day, did my homework, and got an A. Her tests are harder than Galantine's, but they're doable, and you learn accounting in her class. I recommend her if you actually want to learn.
